Return policy

When submitting a claim the consumer must apply and the documents on which the claim is based: receipt or invoice. Acceptance of complaints is carried out at all hours of the site, namely from Monday to Friday, from 10: 00h to 17: 00h.
 
 
2. According to the Law on consumer protection and trade rules, consumer, shopping, goods and products from the online store is entitled to claim under;

3. A claim can be made within 7 / seven / days after purchasing the goods / product. The user can replace the purchased goods with the same or in another type of goods / product. If the value of the selected goods / product be a higher price, the difference is paid.
 
 
4. Pursuant to Art. 55, para. 1 pt. 1 of the CPA, the User has the right without giving any reason, to return the purchased goods within 7 working days of receipt, it is undisturbed presentation, and pay the shipping costs in both directions .

 
5. The user has the right to return the goods only if it is not used, no defects caused by the same, to have preserved presentation and with original tags and packaging.

You may choose replacement for the same product, if there is a defect, a new product for the same price or extra charge from your side of expensive type if you have it in stock.

 
7. In exchange for goods transport courier company borne by the user on his behalf, except in cases where it is the fault of the online store or courier.

 
8. Please do not send the goods before you expressly connected with our collaborator or COD once understand your problem, we will appropriately deal with it and will be explained procedure to be carried out replacement claim.
